Inline skates

Buy inline skates: from kids' skates to speed skates

Which inline skate suits you depends above all on how and where you want to skate. Leisurely laps in the park place different demands on a skate than long training sessions or races. In this overview you will find all inline skates from our range, including from K2, Powerslide, Rollerblade and Bont.

The skate types at a glance

• Recreational skates: comfortable boot for relaxed skating, such as the Powerslide Doop Step In.
• Speed fitness skates: larger wheels and technology from racing, combined with a more comfortable boot, for example K2 VO2 S, K2 Redline or Powerslide R4.
• Speed skates: low, stiff boot and large wheels for training and competition, such as Powerslide R2 Trinity or Rollerblade Powerblade Pro 125 3WD. For skaters with special demands on fit, there are also Custom-Made Boots such as the Bont Vaypor.
• Kids' skates: models such as Rollerblade Microblade or Powerslide Phuzion Kids for young skaters.

Wheel size and number of wheels

Smaller wheels of 80 to 90 mm accelerate quickly and are manoeuvrable. Larger wheels from 100 mm roll more easily over bumps and hold their speed better. Alongside the classic four-wheel setup, many models today have three large wheels: the frame is shorter, the skate is easier to steer and still remains fast.

The right size

An inline skate should fit firmly on your foot without pressing. Your heel must not lift in the boot, and your toes should not touch the front. It is best to measure your feet standing up and wearing the socks you also wear when skating. You will find detailed instructions in our guide Finding the right inline skate size.
