Buy skateboard accessories: helmet and LED wheels
With the right accessories you ride more safely and turn your board into a real eye-catcher. In this collection you will find the Powerslide Stunt Helmet and the Volten Fothon LED Wheels 4-Set for longboards.
Helmet: protection on every ride
Whether at the skate park or on the way to work: a helmet protects your head in a fall. Make sure it sits firmly without pinching and does not shift when you shake your head. The chin strap should be adjusted so that about one finger fits between strap and chin. After a hard impact you should replace the helmet, even if nothing is visible on the outside. Our guide Protective gear for inline skating explains what other protective gear makes sense; the tips also apply to skateboarding.
LED wheels: be seen
Illuminated wheels make you easier for others to see at dusk and add a visual accent. The 4-set replaces all the wheels on a board. Before buying, check whether the diameter and width suit your Longboard and its trucks. LED wheels are no substitute for lights in road traffic.
