What to look out for
For the Skike, a shoe with a stable heel and a firm sole is suitable, so that it does not give way under the straps. For Nordic walking, what counts is that the foot rolls well over the whole sole and the shoe does not pinch even over longer distances. It is best to try on sports shoes in the afternoon, when your feet are slightly swollen, and with the socks you wear for training.
