Buy snowboard gloves: freeride gloves from Chiba
When snowboarding, your hands are constantly in contact with the snow: when strapping into your bindings, when getting up after a fall or when sitting on the slope. Gloves therefore have to keep you warm, be robust and keep moisture out for as long as possible. In this collection you will find the freeride gloves from Chiba from our snowboard clearance. As these are clearance items, not all sizes are still available.
What to look out for
- Fit: Your fingertips should not touch the end. A little air space insulates better than a glove that is too tight.
- Cuff: A long cuff that reaches over or under the jacket sleeve prevents snow from getting in at the wrist.
- Gloves or mittens: Gloves give more feel when gripping and adjusting the bindings; mittens usually keep you warmer in severe cold because the fingers warm each other.
- Wrist: A Velcro strap or drawcord on the cuff keeps the glove securely on your hand even in falls.
- Drying: Let wet gloves dry at room temperature, not directly on the radiator.
